At our restaurants; Quixote and Toledana, we fuse traditional regional recepipes with innovative and modern cooking techniques. We offer a selection of ten complete menus composed of a welcome cocktail, a starter, a main course and a desert, from 85€ per person. 

As part of our 5* luxury service, we provide you with the option to adapt the menu around your own tastes and preferences. Our efficiently equipped kitchen staff will gladly modify the menu according to any type of allergy or requirements that your guests may have. These modifications cover vegetarians, celiacs and vegans.
