SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

• The Spa is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm.

• You are in a centre for resting and the well-being of your body and mind. Please keep your tone of voice down.

• The use of mobile phones and cameras is not allowed.

• Entry to the hydrothermal circuit is exclusive for over 16 years of age.

• The use of a bathing suit is obligatory in all the Spa premises.

• Dangerous activities such as running or jumping are not allowed in the pool. We recommend you be careful when walking and entering the pools, remember the floor is wet and you could slip.

• For health and hygiene reasons you must always shower before entering the pool.

• There are lockers for the clients.

• Clients have a free service of towel, robe, bathroom utilities, hairdryer, etc. The use of a cap is not obligatory, but a hair tie is obligatory if you have long hair.

• Senior citizens, pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with health conditions that require medical attention should consult a doctor before attending the Spa.

• We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before the time of your appointment so you can enjoy the circuit and treatment with total tranquillity.

• Before entering the premises it is obligatory to fill in an evaluation of your health so as to better advise you how to correctly enjoy the premises and/or take into account for your treatment.

• If you wish to cancel your reservation, you should do so 24 hours in advance. Any later cancellation or if you do not show up at your appointment without warning, you will lose completely the service and the down payment.
